Hiring Process & Role Types

We follow a structured hiring process to ensure we onboard individuals who align with our values and deliver quality:

Initial screening of your background, experience, and alignment with the role.

Portfolio Screening
Review of your past work, projects, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.

Skill-Based Questionnaire
A targeted questionnaire to assess your practical knowledge and approach to real challenges.

Trial Period (1 Week)
A paid or unpaid one-week trial to assess fit, communication, and delivery quality.

Hiring Confirmation
Formal offer, contract signing, and onboarding to the NexuPixel team.

Performance & Work Expectations

All team members are expected to:

  • Deliver work within agreed deadlines — no exceptions without prior communication.
  • Submit a brief weekly report covering progress, blockers, and upcoming tasks.
  • Respond within 10 minutes during live or active projects.
  • Maintain intermediate-level familiarity with trending platforms and digital marketing tools.

Performance is evaluated weekly across communication, delivery speed, task quality, and creativity. We don't require specific tools, but we do expect you to stay current.

Leaves & Time-Off

  • All leaves must be pre-approved with a valid reason provided in advance.
  • There is no paid leave policy at this time.
  • Emergency leaves will be handled on a case-by-case basis with understanding and flexibility.

Note: Future leave policies including paid time off may be added as the organization grows. We're committed to improving team benefits over time.

Code of Conduct

To maintain professionalism and project success, every team member is expected to:

  • Respond to project-related queries within 10 minutes during active project timelines.
  • Deliver any overdue commitment without additional compensation — accountability comes first.
  • Maintain respectful, responsible, and professional behavior in all interactions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and internal strategies at all times.
  • Refrain from moonlighting or engaging in unrelated freelance work while under active contract.

Important: Misuse of confidential information may be considered a criminal offense and will be treated with the utmost seriousness.

Disciplinary Action & Termination

Violation of policies will result in the following escalating actions:

Violation Level Action Taken Examples
Low-Level (1–3) Verbal or Written Warning Missed deadline, slow response, minor conduct issue
Repeated Issues Termination Continued policy violations after warnings
Serious Violation Immediate Salary Deduction & / or Termination Client data misuse, confidentiality breach, severe irresponsibility

Serious actions include but are not limited to: client data misuse, repeated irresponsibility, or breaking confidentiality agreements. These may result in legal action.

Growth & Upskilling

We believe in rewarding personal growth that benefits the agency. At NexuPixel, your development is our development.

If you acquire new skills that contribute to company performance, salary increments or bonuses may be considered. Growth doesn't go unnoticed here.

Salary Increment
Consistent, high-quality performance and new skills may lead to pay increases.

Remote Work Policy

NexuPixel is a fully remote agency. There is no fixed working time, but availability will be discussed and decided per project.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own workspace, internet connection, and environment to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Project-specific availability windows will be agreed upon at the start of each engagement.
  • You are expected to maintain reliable communication throughout active project timelines.

We trust you to manage your time. The flexibility is real — but so is the accountability. Results and communication are non-negotiable.
