Company Culture & Environment
At NexuPixel, we believe in building a collaborative, growth-driven, and supportive remote work environment. Our culture promotes creativity, accountability, and teamwork, enabling every team member to thrive professionally while contributing meaningfully to our clients and brand.
We are fully remote and expect our team members to work between 3 to 6 hours per day, depending on the role and project requirements. More than strict hours, we value output and dedication.

Hiring Process & Role Types
We follow a structured hiring process to ensure we onboard individuals who align with our values and deliver quality:
- Resume Review
- Portfolio Screening
- Skill-Based Questionnaire
- Trial Period (1 Week)
- Hiring Confirmation
We welcome:
- Full-time and part-time remote employees
- Freelancers and project-based specialists
- Interns and collaborators
Performance & Work Expectations
All team members are expected to:
- Deliver work within deadlines
- Submit a brief report every week
- Respond within 10 minutes during live projects
We do not require specific tools, but we expect intermediate-level familiarity with trending platforms and digital tools commonly used in the digital marketing industry.
Performance will be monitored weekly, and evaluations may include communication, delivery speed, task quality, and creativity.
Leaves & Time-Off
At NexuPixel:
- Leaves must be pre-approved with a valid reason
- There is no paid leave policy at this time
- Emergency leaves will be handled on a case-by-case basis
Note: Future leave policies may be added based on organizational needs.
Code of Conduct
To maintain professionalism and project success, we expect every team member to:
- Respond to project-related queries within 10 minutes during active timelines
- Deliver any overdue commitment without additional compensation
- Maintain respectful, responsible, and professional behavior
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and internal strategies
- Refrain from moonlighting or engaging in unrelated freelance work while under contract
🔐 Misuse of confidential information may be considered a criminal offense.
Disciplinary Action & Termination
Violation of policies will result in the following actions:
- First 3 low-level violations → Verbal or written warnings
- Further issues → Termination
- Harsh or serious violations → Immediate salary deduction and/or termination
Serious actions include but are not limited to client data misuse, repeated irresponsibility, or breaking confidentiality agreements.
Growth & Upskilling
We believe in rewarding personal growth that benefits the agency. If you acquire new skills that contribute to company performance, salary increments or bonuses may be considered.
Remote Work Policy
NexuPixel is a fully remote agency. There is no fixed working time, but availability will be discussed and decided per project. You are responsible for maintaining your own workspace, internet connection, and environment to ensure consistent delivery.
