Service Overview

The NexuPixel YouTube Management system is a premium, all-in-one service built to manage, grow, and optimize YouTube channels with minimal effort from the client.

⚠️ This is not a standalone service. It’s a system comprised of multiple services bundled together, including:

  • Video Editing (Long-form & Short-form)
  • Thumbnail Design (3 per video for A/B testing)
  • Channel Optimization
  • Title, Description & Tag Writing
  • YouTube SEO & Algorithm Touch
  • Growth Tracking + Weekly Reporting
  • Content Uploading & Publishing
  • Optional Automation Setup (add-on)

Subscription, Trial & Payments

  • Clients are onboarded via a discovery or sales call.
  • After agreement, a week-long trial is provided at a custom price discussed during the call.
  • Upon successful trial, the client will:
    • Receive an email to officially subscribe
    • Pay a 30% upfront of the agreed plan fee

🗓️ Minimum subscription period: 1 month
🔁 Post-first-month commitment: 3-month minimum or more, based on client preference

Service Tiers & Upload Volume

  • NexuPixel offers customized service plans tailored to:
    • Upload volume
    • Channel goals
    • Content strategy

The number of videos produced per week/month is decided during onboarding and varies based on the client’s selected tier.

Credit-Based Video Editing System

🔸 Long-Form Credits:

  • 1 Credit = Up to 20 min video
  • 2 Credits = 21–35 min video
  • 4 Credits = 36+ min podcast-style video

🔸 Short-Form Credits:

  • 1 Credit = Up to 90 sec short (basic edit with raw video)
  • 2 Credits = Up to 180 sec short (unique edit with/without raw, audio required)

🔁 Credit Conversion:

  • 1 Long-form credit = 4 short-form credits
  • ❌ No conversion from short-form to long-form

📦 Extra Credits Pricing (Standalone):

  • Long-form: $149 per credit (bulk discounts available)
  • Short-form: $54 per credit (bulk discounts available)

Unused credits may be extended at an additional cost, ensuring clients don’t lose value if there are delays.

Thumbnail Design & A/B Testing

Each long-form video includes 3 uniquely designed thumbnails, uploaded simultaneously for real A/B testing via YouTube Studio.
Our team selects the top-performing thumbnail based on click-through rate and performance analytics.

Automation Services (Optional Add-On)

Clients may opt for one-time automation setup, including:

  • Auto comment replies for engagement
  • Scheduled publishing
  • Workflow automations via APIs or tools

Note: Automation pricing varies depending on the complexity and is not included in the base system.

Turnaround Time & Workflow

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days per long-form video

Faster delivery available upon request at an additional cost

Content can be submitted and reviewed via the client’s preferred platform (default: WhatsApp)

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Branding assets, login credentials, and all raw files (video/audio)
  • Timely cooperation to prevent delays

❗ Delayed submission may lead to delayed uploads and unused credits. In case of genuine personal issues, clients can receive a 3–5 day extension at no cost.

Scripting, content ideation, and research are not included in the standard YouTube system and will be billed as additional services if requested.

Refunds, Cancellations & Upgrades

  • ❌ No full refunds are available for system-based services due to the value delivered even at minimum engagement.
  • ✅ 50% refund is available only on standalone services with a 50% discount coupon for the next order.
  • 🔼 Upgrades available anytime based on increased volume.
  • ❌ No downgrades mid-cycle.

📌 After the first month, contracts renew only in 3-month minimum tiers for long-term optimization.

Performance Guarantee & Growth Tracking

We aim to:

  • Save 15+ hours per week for the client
  • Deliver weekly growth reports (subscriber growth, CTR, watch time, engagement)
  • Optimize for 20%+ subscriber growth in 3–5 months, depending on channel performance

Our strategy is continuously refined based on performance metrics. If one approach doesn’t yield results, we pivot to pre-tested alternatives.

Client Communication & Support

A dedicated representative is assigned to each client

Update frequency and touchpoints depend on the client’s audience targeting, delivery schedule, and plan size

Portfolio Usage & NDA

NexuPixel may use final edited videos, thumbnails, and a short video testimonial in our portfolio and marketing materials

Signing a contract is recommended but not mandatory

NDAs are available upon request
